Delivery on the door step Valentines day had arrived
A card, chocolate and Flowers from these pleasure I derived
my heart leaps for joy and a broad smile on my face plain

A Friday afternoon in a foreign country at the beach bay
My heart longs for that one person who is miles and miles away
I take a walk to clear my head nothing seems to replace that emptiness i feel inside
I miss him. the tears I cried have dried

This was all crowned when he asked me to marry him
